I initially grew tropical and exotic plants as a past-time but after spending many years photographing flowers to record them botanically I felt the need to explore their eroticism more fully.
After seeing Mapplethorpe's flower photographs I decided to attempt the combination of flower and figure.
With encouragement whilst at art college I have developed the idea and a sample of the results I offer for your interest.
I see these as a starting point and will continue to develop the theme. I would be pleased
to share ideas with anyone like minded.
