You´d better be coming this time, now you´ve got my hopes up all over
again....

Arrival - La Paz any time around mid April is fantabulous

We can book your first and last night´s accomodation at whatever your
price level is (for less than 10 dollars it will be difficult to get
en-suite)

Air conditioning is really confined to the posh posh places, but you
don´t need it - the only hot hot time is when you´re standing in the
sun, and in April, at the beginning of the dry season it´s very
moderate. Humidity is not an issue at altitude.

Altitude sickness is an issue at altitude - when you first arrive in La
Paz you WILL feel lousy. We think we should get you out of town and
lower asap - Rich even reckons you should travel on your first day.

Unless you want to go somewhere really off the beaten track, you will
always be able to find mega-cheap and at least mid-range accomodation
(that to me means clean with en-suite bathroom)

2 weeks (or however long) can be as packed or chilled as you want. To
go down to the SW is quite a lot of travelling. Don´t know if you want
to go into the jungle - you can fly there from La Paz and do a 4 day
tour. If you´re willing to just arrive and see what you fancy once here
that´s always our favourite option.

By the way mummy, we found the most fabulous Poncho in La Paz that you
just have to buy (plenty of shopping opportunities)

Tell us when to meet you at the airport and we´ll be there (so long as
we get the email anyway).
